Meals and onsite lodging are included in your tuition to Wizard School.
Meals—Seven feasts are served throughout this weekend retreat. Drink options include soda, juice, tea, and coffee. The witch’s brew, a specialty drink that changes year to year, is offered each evening.
Our chefs have designed a menu worthy of wizard school, and with advance notice, Worthwich can accommodate most dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free eaters. Remember to include your dietary requests when completing the student survey after purchasing a ticket.
Lodging—Students sleep onsite at Camp Fire El Tesoro in summer-camp-style lodges with twin beds. All beds are ground level; there are no bunks. The en-suite bathrooms have showers with private changing areas. The lodges are heated and cooled. Each bed has its own outlets, and robe and trunk storage is available.
Accommodations are co-ed. Groups attending Wizarding Weekend will be sorted together and can stay in the same lodge. Quiet dorm hours will be enforced from 10 pm to 6 am.
Towels and bedding are not provided; please pack your own. A bedding rental, which includes a pillow, sheets, and comforter, can be added to your tuition.
